Introduction
Baking oven is a device that uses hot air to bake and cook food, usually in a closed or semi closed structure. The use is electric heating or natural gas, and the baking oven is divided into single layer, double layer, and three layer types. Each layer is independently controlled and can be used simultaneously. Single layer single oven can also be divided into single layer, double layer, and three layer types, and each layer is independently controlled. Generally, there is an automatic constant temperature system.
Common uses:
1.Baked, baked pastry, and snack food.
2.Cook meat and vegetables.
3.Heat and keep the completed dishes warm.
4.Slow cooking of food that is not easily cooked, similar to a casserole.
Electric series product features
1. All stainless steel panel structure, never rusting, sturdy and durable;
2. Fully sealed overall high-temperature resistant material insulation structure, with good insulation performance and short heating time;
3. Built in fully automatic temperature control probe, efficient baking heating tube, fast heating time, and long working life;
4. The furnace temperature can be within 20℃~350℃. It can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of C and can automatically maintain a constant temperature,
5. The surface fire and primer fire of each layer are independently controlled to create the best baking temperature environment for your Dim sum.
Installation and Operation
1. To ensure safe use, it is required that the power supply must be grounded, and sockets with a capacity of 10A or above should be used separately. Do not use universal sockets or use them together with other electrical appliances.
2. When using, the baking oven should be placed horizontally, with a distance of more than 10 centimeters between the side and back of the wall
3. Baking ovens cannot be placed on gas stoves or near kerosene stoves, and cannot be used in high-risk environments
4. Do not touch the baking oven panel directly with your hands during use to avoid high temperature burns
5. Do not rinse the oven directly with water to avoid the risk of electric leakage.
6. If the electric oven is not used for a long time, unplug the power plug from the switch and pay attention to dust prevention measures for the baking oven
Maintenance guidance:
1. Before maintenance, the power plug should be unplugged and disconnected. Cleaning can only be done after the furnace has cooled down, and acidic cleaning water should not be used for cleaning.
2. Regularly clean the oil stains inside the box with a dry cloth, not with water. Remove the grill (tray) from the inside and place it in water with cleaning solution. Clean the inner cavity with dry cloth and then clean it with dry or wet cloth. It is strictly prohibited to rinse with water.
3. Apply grease to the hinge movement area for at least one year to maintain lubrication.
4. Testing or maintenance must be carried out regularly by experienced professional technicians. (Recommended once a month)
5. You should carefully read the user manual to understand the performance, purpose, and operating methods of the oven. The user manual should be properly stored for future reference.
Warning:
During installation, do not place the appliance near the wall, partition, kitchen equipment and the like on some surfaces unless they are made of non combustible materials or covered with non combustible thermal insulation materials, and pay attention to the waterproof regulations. When connecting the power cord, please follow the instructions: insert the copper bridge under the screw to firmly press the power cord.
