Introduction to use and performance

Commercial seafood steamer refers to large-scale kitchen baking equipment that uses electricity and gas to generate heat and cook seafood. Stainless steel steaming plate or stainless steel square plate is used as the container inside. In order to facilitate movement, universal wheels are installed under the equipment. The body is cabinet-shaped and made of stainless steel. Generally, it is made of 304 stainless steel. Our company can produce gas seafood steamers and steamers. There are two types of electric seafood steamers, and rice steamers with 220V voltage and 380V voltage.

Installation and Operation

1. Before using the seafood steamer, a leakage protection switch must be installed, the electrical circuit must be checked, the shell must be effectively grounded, and the wiring must be firm. It is strictly forbidden to use without a leakage protection switch and effective grounding.

2. Before use, place the machine flat, connect the input steam pipe, put the seafood plate into the box, add some clean water, and after 30 minutes of power transmission (or steam) can achieve a good disinfection effect, then put the seafood.

3. When using electric heating, the water tank must be filled with water, and do not run out of water to send electricity to prevent burning out the electrical appliances.

4. When heating with steam, put the seafood to be steamed into the box and close the door. There is an air pressure safety ball valve on the roof of the seafood steamer. When the air pressure reaches a certain pressure, the air pressure ball valve will automatically open and the steam will overflow. This is a normal phenomenon and is strictly prohibited the object presses against the pneumatic ball valve.

5. The seafood steamer is not a high-pressure airtight container, and a small amount of steam is allowed to overflow from the gap in the door. After a few minutes of steam input, the steam overflow will increase compared with the initial input, which is a normal phenomenon.

6. The casing of the seafood steamer should not be pressed against corrosive substances such as acid and alkali to prevent corrosion and oxidation.

7. After steaming, the steamer should be cleaned, and the surface of the electric heating element should be scrubbed regularly (usually twice a week), but the surface should not be scraped with a hard metal shovel, and the water in the water tank should be replaced in time.
